Accommodation info
We offer accommodation in two ways. For ‘Accommodation near the venue’ and ‘Dorms / Student Residence’, reservations are subject to cancellation policies of the hotels/residences. For this reason, the reservations will not be considered confirmed until the corresponding payments have been processed and registered by the Technical Secretariat.
Important: From the moment the reservation is made, there is a period of 2 days for its payment to be made and communicated to the Technical Secretariat (by email to reservations@ibcmadrid2024.com). Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
For the second option, 'Accommodation through Booking', we offer you the opportunity to search for your choice among the wide range of accommodation available in Madrid. Please note that public transportation in Madrid is very efficient. If you choose accommodation through this option, you may want to check Google Maps for the combination of public transport that can take you to the venue (IFEMA: 40°27'50.7"N 3°36'58.5"W).

Reservation procedure
You can be sure that your reservation has been processed ONLY if you receive your confirmation number at the end of the process, if you do not receive it, please, contact the Technical Secretariat.
Important Note: It is mandatory that you provide us with a valid email address to confirm your reservation
Cancellation policy
Cancellations and name changes must be made in writing and communicated to the e-mail reservations@ibcmadrid2024.com
- Cancellations up to 29th January will be free of cancellation fees.
- Cancellations between 30th January and 19th February will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations between 20th February and 15th March will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations from 16th March onwards will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Payment Methods
By bank transfer
It is essential that you send a copy of the bank transfer by email to reservations@ibcmadrid2024.com indicating the name of the participant. Once we have verified the payment has been made correctly, we will confirm the hotel reservation by e-mail.

By credit card: Select “credit card payment” in the registration process. The system will redirect you to a secure payment Gateway.
Note: Bank transfer fees, currency exchange fees, etc., will be beared by the participant.
