Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We would like to remind you that the deadline for symposium proposals is only six weeks ahead (December 30th). December can be a very busy month, so if you leave submission for the last few days, you may fail to find the necessary time. Let us insist that Symposia are the core of the IBC. It would be ideal if you could contribute in your symposium proposals to the diversity of speakers (in terms of gender, career stage, and geography). Also, please note that bridging two or more of the 31 proposed topics and/or covering novel views or multi-disciplinary research perspectives are welcome.
