Dear IBC Attendee,
This is a reminder that tickets for the Congress Dinner and lunch boxes can be purchased in your private area until July 14, 2024. You will not be able to purchase the lunch boxes at the venue.

Congress Dinner

It will take place at Finca la Alquería (Autovía del Suroeste, A-5, Km 12,8, Madrid) on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. The ticket price is 85€ and includes food and wine/beer/soft drinks and transportation by bus.

Lunch Boxes

While Madrid has plenty of restaurants and bars, the IFEMA convention center is located in the periphery in a place where there are not many places to eat. Bag lunch consists of a starter (e.g., salad), two sandwiches, dessert and water or juice. A veggie option is also available.
