Exhibition Area

It will be placed in a central position in the venue and will host up to 60 booths.

 

Standard booths

Collaboration details:

• The Collaborator has 9 sqm, or special 36 sqm, of floor space in the exhibition area to set up its commercial space, according to its possibilities and preferences, either through a design, modular or portable structure. The equipment, structure and furniture run on the exhibitor, assembly and disassembly are not included

• Additional Equipment, such as tables, counters, chairs, showcases, televisions, etc., are at the expense of the exhibitor. The collaborator may rent the necessary equipment and furniture to set up its commercial space, or use her/his own furniture and equipment. • Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

Your organization will be listed in the program book with the rest of the exhibitors, as well as on the website.

To make this reservation at these prices, you must provide the documentation to support your status.

 

Space for Table

Collaboration details:

• The Collaborator has 2 x 0.6 m of floor space in the exhibition area, a space smaller than the booth space.

• The Collaborator may use the space to place, for example, a table and/or counter.

• Equipment, such as tables, counters, chairs, display cases, televisions, etc., are at the expense of the Collaborator. The Collaborator may rent the necessary equipment and furniture to set up its commercial space, or use its own furniture and equipment.
