Myriam Heuertz is a research director at INRAE interested in population genetics and genomics of trees from temperate and tropical regions. She studies local adaptation and its genomic base in tree species and species complexes. She is active in promoting conservation of genetic diversity in relation to the Convention on Biological Diversity.
