Presentation: PowerPoint PC computer system with projection. The Official PowerPoint Presentation Template of the Congress is recommended. 

Material: Pen Drive with your presentation. It must be delivered to the Audiovisual Secretariat at least four hours before its exhibition. In case your presentation is first thing in the morning, drop off must be made the day before, although we recommend that you deliver it as soon as you collect your documentation. Laptop presentations will not be accepted. 

Presentation time: 20 minutes with time for discussion included. At minute 15 you will hear an audio cue that indicates you should stop your presentation and begin the discusion. At minute 19, another audio cue will indicate that it is time to leave the room for those attendees who might wish to move to another symposium for the next time slot.
